In order to calculate your birth chart I will need to know three vital pieces of information: your date
of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. With this information I am able to calculate the exact point
of the Zodiac rising at the place and time of your birth in order to create a horoscope that is unique
to you.
I need to know your full name and address, your date (day month and year) of birth, your time of
birth (please make clear whether this is a.m. or p.m., and if there is some uncertainty as to the
exact time please state + / - so many minutes). I will also need to know your place of birth.
