Ryan Kurczak graduated from Fairmont State University in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and minor in Philosophy. After college he attended the Mountain State School of Massage, and completed training with The American Institute of Vedic Studies and the European Institute of Vedic Studies in the subjects of Ayurveda and Jyotish. Ryan has completed training in all three levels of the Yuen Method. Topics of interest include: * Discovering and living your joy in life * Assisting practitioners in the healing profession to achieve their full potential Melissa Baker (Ryan's wife) has taken 2 Yuen Method classes (2006). Her interest in living a better life led to this modality. She has found it an amazing tool to release blocks, eliminate negative emotions and past traumas, improve relationships, let go of old beliefs that hinder forward movement, change the feeling of the body to one of power, integrity and strength, and much more. "After the weekend trainings, I feel much lighter, taller, more comfortable in my own body, more confident, and more peaceful. The 'proof is in the pudding', so I know if it works for me, it can work for others." Melissa graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from Fairmont State University in 1999, and with a master's degree in public health from West Virginia University in 2007. She is now teaching full-time in the Health & Wellness Department of the University of North Carolina - Asheville, a small liberal arts school.
